The place is recently renovated, quiet, and has top-class staff based on what we heard from the receptionist, making our stay enjoyable.

The location turned out to be marvellous and fantastic, adjacent to great authentic Chinese restaurants in the area and the neighborhoods nearby and the whole San Gabriel Valley. Again, the hotel was 10 minutes by car from Ashiya Park. Large rooms with a balcony as well as a comfy bed, had a quite comfortable experience.

Had queen room with the air conditioning, the bathroom, a comfy bed.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The queen room was impressive, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the University of California. Plus, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, in a nice neighborhood.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 15 to 30-minute drive to many attractions in LA, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice big bath in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and professional, providing helpful service throughout the stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious American breakfast and ample parking facilities.

There were some issues with the hallway having a strange odor and the bathroom tile having cracks, indicating some maintenance issues.

Newly remodeled hotel, my favorite in Monterey Park. Magnificent location very close to all the wonderful Chinese restaurants, taxis, and stores. Accommodating and thoughtful staff with quick responses to my needs.
